  • Add rider name and phone number to the fleet
  • Generate a unique device pairing code per rider
  • Rider installs the Trako Rider app on their Android phone
  • GPS starts streaming the moment they pair and go online

When a customer calls in or places an order, enter their details on the dispatch screen. Type the delivery address and it auto-geocodes onto the map with a pin. Add order notes, select items, and the order appears on your live board instantly.

  • Enter customer name, phone, and delivery address
  • Address auto-geocodes and places a pin on the map
