About Trako

We're building the dispatch platform that restaurants in Pakistan actually need — simple, real-time, and free from expensive APIs.

Our mission

Making delivery dispatch accessible for every restaurant

Most delivery management platforms are built for enterprise companies with big budgets. They charge per order, require expensive integrations, and assume you have a tech team.

Trako is different. We built it for the restaurant owner in Karachi who manages 5 riders and 50 orders a day. For the dispatcher who needs a live map, not a complex ERP. For the customer who just wants to know when their biryani is arriving.

Real-time GPS tracking, WhatsApp notifications, fleet management, and analytics — all free, all simple, all built for the way Pakistani restaurants actually operate.

Our journey

From idea to impact

2024

The Problem

Restaurants in Karachi relied on phone calls and guesswork to dispatch deliveries. No GPS, no tracking, no visibility — just hope the rider found the address.

2025

The Idea

We built the first Trako prototype — a simple web dashboard that put every rider on a live map. The first restaurant to test it cut missed deliveries by 60%.

2025

Mobile Launch

Launched the Trako Rider app and Dispatch app on Android. Riders stream GPS from their phones while managers track the entire fleet from anywhere.

2026

Today

Trako powers delivery operations across multiple restaurants with real-time GPS, WhatsApp customer tracking, and analytics — fully free with OpenStreetMap.

What drives us

Our values

The principles behind every feature and every line of code.

Speed First

Every feature is built around the question: "Does this help dispatchers move faster?" If it slows down the workflow, it doesn't ship.

Built for Pakistan

Trako is designed for the way deliveries actually work in Pakistani cities — narrow lanes, verbal addresses, WhatsApp-first communication.

Zero Cost Maps

We use OpenStreetMap instead of Google Maps — so there are no API bills, no surprise charges, and no vendor lock-in. Ever.

Privacy by Default

GPS data is used only for delivery tracking. We don't sell data, don't track riders off-duty, and customers can request full data deletion anytime.
