Account & data deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your Trako account and all associated personal data at any time. This applies to all users: Restaurant staff, Riders, and Customers.

What gets deleted

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • GPS location history and breadcrumb trails
  • Device pairing records
  • Personal identifiers (name, phone, email)

What may be retained

Certain data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for legitimate business purposes:

  • Anonymized order statistics (no personal identifiers)
  • Aggregated delivery time metrics
  • Financial records required by law (invoices, tax records)

How to request deletion

Send an email

Email agenticsochai@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address or phone number associated with your account.

We verify your identity

We will verify that the request comes from the account owner to prevent unauthorized deletion.

Data deleted within 30 days

Your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.

Rider app users

If you are a Rider, you can also unpair your device from the Settings screen in the Trako Rider app. This stops all GPS tracking immediately. To fully delete your account data from our servers, follow the email process above.
